Baldock Stacy & Niven provides the services of a Public Notary at our Parramatta Offices at Unit 8, 2 Hunter Street
Parramatta NSW 2150.
Our notary services include:
- attestation of documents and certification of their due execution for use in Australia and internationally
- preparation and certification of powers of attorney, wills, deeds, contracts and other legal documents for use in Australia and internationally
- administering of oaths for use in Australia and internationally
- witnessing affidavits, statutory declarations and other documents for use in Australia and internationally
- certification of copy documents for use Australia and internationally
- exemplification of official documents for use internationally
- noting and protesting of bills of exchange
- preparation of ships’ protests
OUR FEES
Under s.12 of the Public Notaries Act, the Society of Notaries has prepared a Scale of Fees, as a guide to the fees that the Society of Notaries considers is fair and reasonable for the performance of Notarial work. Although Baldock Stacy & Niven does not use this scale, you can find it here .
Instead of using this complicated scale, we have a very simple scale as follows:
